Méthode d'apprentissage: Formation en présentiel

Cette formation a lieu en classe avec d’autres participant·es sur place. Votre parcours comprend trois étapes complémentaires.

  • Étape 1 : en ligne

Votre formation commence sur Karibu, notre plateforme d’apprentissage en ligne. Vous effectuez cette étape à votre rythme, où et quand vous le souhaitez.

Attention : il est indispensable d’achever cette étape avant de poursuivre votre formation.

  • Étape 2 : en classe (1 journée)

Cette étape consiste en une journée entière sur le lieu de formation en compagnie des autres participant·es. Ensemble, vous apprenez les un·es des autres, sur la base des connaissances acquises lors de l’étape 1. Le groupe se compose généralement de 6 à 12 participant·es.

  • Étape 3 : en ligne

Cet apprentissage se déroule également sur Karibu, à votre rythme, où et quand vous le souhaitez.

Aperçu du programme

Step 1: (approx. 1 hour)

  • Introduction to Design Thinking
  • Getting to know our fictional company “Bright and Clean”
  • Making an Environment Map for our fictional company “Bright and Clean”

 

Step 2: (approx. 7 hours)

In a very interactive way you will work on our case with short theory and a lot of hands-on exercises with the other participants! Design Thinking is above all a matter of doing and learning as you progress.

  • Phase 1: Design Thinking: Discovery - Observation - Mind map - Interview - Making a persona
  • Phase 2: Design Thinking: Interpreting - Processing information - How might we questions
  • Phase 3: Design Thinking: Ideation - Ideation methods - Selection of ideas

 

Step 3: (approx 1 hour)

Short review of core concepts, including inspiring videos and links to literature.

Optionally, you have the opportunity to work with your own case or our central case. You will apply what you have learned in practice and come up with a real, well defined problem statement. If you have done this, you can participate in a reflection call after the training day to sharpen your case even further and get feedback from your teacher and fellow students.
