Network security is important, but it is a complex and wide-ranging subject. Layer 7 firewalls, intrusion detection systems, DDoS attacks, MITM attacks, network access controls… These are key concepts that everyone needs to understand, especially those responsible for managing the corporate network. 

This course introduces the key topics in network security by adopting an attacker-based approach. We demonstrate common attacks and then show how you can protect yourself against them.
