  • You know what Design thinking and the Lean Startup Methodology are about.
  • You are familiar with the different forms of experiments within Design Thinking.
  • You know the difference between low fidelity and high fidelity prototyping.
  • You know how to set up qualitative and/or quantitative criteria to evaluate your experiments.
  • You can set up an experiment by filling in a Testcard.
  • You can record the results of an experiment on a learning card.
  • You are able to use what you have learned to improve your innovation, but you will also know when you should to stop.
  • You know what a business model is and you are familiar with the Business Model Canvas and Lean Canvas.

  • You want to learn how to test a new idea, product or concept as quickly and cheaply as possible in order to get customer feedback.
  • You want to gain experience in setting up experiments.

Méthode d'apprentissage: Formation en présentiel

Cette formation a lieu en classe avec d’autres participant·es sur place. Votre parcours comprend trois étapes complémentaires.

  • Étape 1 : en ligne

Votre formation commence sur Karibu, notre plateforme d’apprentissage en ligne. Vous effectuez cette étape à votre rythme, où et quand vous le souhaitez.

Attention : il est indispensable d’achever cette étape avant de poursuivre votre formation.

  • Étape 2 : en classe (1 journée)

Cette étape consiste en une journée entière sur le lieu de formation en compagnie des autres participant·es. Ensemble, vous apprenez les un·es des autres, sur la base des connaissances acquises lors de l’étape 1. Le groupe se compose généralement de 6 à 12 participant·es.

  • Étape 3 : en ligne

Cet apprentissage se déroule également sur Karibu, à votre rythme, où et quand vous le souhaitez.

Online modules Karibu: (2 hours)

  • Introduction to Design thinking and Lean Startup
  • Introduction Experiment Design and Testcard
  • Introduction to our case company Bright & Clean
  • Preparation assignment: filling in a test card

 

Offline session/workshop (7 hours)

This session is very interactive. We always give a limited theoretical explanation and then you get to work with your fellow participants! Design thinking is mainly a question of doing. We work on the basis of our example case.

Online modules Karibu: Review (1 hour)

  • Short review of core concepts, including videos and links to literature
  • We offer you the chance to work on a small experiment of your own. You will set up an experiment, carry it out and measure it. Together with the teacher, you can evaluate and adjust your path during a reflection call of about an hour. Ideal for taking the first steps towards applying what you have learned in a practical situation.
